As human beings constantly strive for spiritual growth, Quranic verses serve as a valuable source for spiritual development. Among these verses, the term rushd (guidance/maturity) appears 16 times in the Quran and is considered a synonymous concept with spiritual education. This study aims to elucidate the concept of spiritual intelligence in the Quran by analyzing the derivatives of rushd in the context of spiritual development. The research employs an analytical method, with the entire Quran serving as the study population and verses containing the term rushd as the sample. The findings indicate that the foundations of spiritual intelligence include (faith in God and acceptance of His guidance, continuous remembrance of God, the principle of creation, and divine grace). The prerequisites consist of (knowledge of religious laws and theological beliefs, and utilization of authentic sources). The essential requirements encompass (inviting people to truth, attention to physical and intellectual growth, free choice of religion, migration from a corrupt environment, and traveling with scholars). Additionally, the obstacles to spiritual intelligence, as derived from rushd, include (stubbornness, polytheism, blind imitation, internal denial, arrogance, and choosing the wrong path). Each of these elements contributes to facilitating spiritual education and development. قرآن کریم آخرین کتاب آسمانی جهت هدایت بشر است. انسان برای رشد معنوی همواره درحال تلاش است و برای تربیت معنوی می‌توان از آیات قرآن بهره گرفت. در بین آیات واژه «رشد» یکی از واژگان هم معنای تربیت است که در قرآن کریم 16 بار تکرار شده است. هدف این پژوهش تبیین مفهوم هوش معنوی در قرآن با استخراج مشتقات«رشد» در جهت تربیت معنوی می‌باشد. روش پژوهش تحلیلی است. جامعه پژوهش، تمام آیات قرآن کریم و نمونه آماری آیات مربوط به واژه«رشد» می‌باشد. در این پژوهش با مراجعه به تفاسیر و تدبر در آیات، ابتدا تمامی گزاره‌های تربیتی و سپس آیات شاخص تربیت معنوی به طور هدفمند استخراج و با تحلیل محتوای آیات و طبقه بندی موضوعی آن‌ها به طور همزمان و پیوسته به سنجش نقطه تمرکز و جهت گیری آیات و توضیح نتایج حاصل از آن پرداخته شده است. سپس مفهوم هوش معنوی در مشتقات «رشد» در چهار رکن اصلی (مبانی، مقدمات، الزامات و موانع) مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که مبانی هوش معنوی شامل(ایمان به خدا و پذیرش دعوت او، تداوم ذکر خدا، اصل خلقت افاضه فیض الهی)؛ مقدمات عبارتند از (علم به احکام دینی و عقاید مذهبی، استفاده از منابع)؛ الزامات نیز شامل(دعوت مردم به حق، توجه به رشد جسمس و فکری، انتخاب آزادانه دین، هجرت از محیط فاسد، مسافرت با عالم) و سپس موانع هوش معنوی در مشتقات رشد عبارتند از(لجاجت، شرک، تقلیدکورکورانه، انکار قلبی، تکبر، انتخاب مسیر نادرست) می‌شود که خروجی هرکدام از این ارکان، موجب تسهیل در تربیت معنوی می‌گردد. http://qve.journals.miu.ac.ir/article_10016_01b899a6e835707ca26d2d81c7cac293.pdf
