In this article, first, the concept of scientific struggle [jihad] is discussed and it is a subset of Great Jihad (Furqan / 52); that is, it has been introduced as the part of cultural struggle [jihad] based on the Quran. In the second part of the article, the goals of scientific struggle [jihad] are explained, which is the same goal of creation; that is, knowledge then reaching the honor and power (sultan) of Islamic society. In the third part of the article, the principles of scientific struggle [jihad] are stated, such as paying attention to the levels of science, increasing knowledge, the need to refer to specialists, holistic science, useful science (not pretending and pseud science); Then in the final part of the article, the tools and consequences of scientific struggle [jihad] such as hard-working and sincere volunteer movement to produce knowledge, scientific leap to the peaks of science and efforts to produce Quranic knowledge (struggle [jihad] according to the principles and goals of science based on Quranic teachings) are stated. این نوشتار در پی آن است که به این پرسش پاسخ دهد که جهاد علمی در قرآن به چه معناست و لوازم آن چیست و رابطه آن با بیانیه گام دوم چیست؟ در این نوشتار از روش تحلیلی و تفسیری استفاده شده است. یکی از محورهای بیانیه گام دوم انقلاب اسلامی مقام معظم رهبری دامت برکاته، توصیه به جهاد علمی است، در این نوشتار نخست به مفهوم‌شناسی جهاد علمی پرداخته شده و آن را زیرمجموعه جهاد کبیر (فرقان/ 52)؛ یعنی بخشی از جهاد فرهنگی مبتنی بر قرآن معرفی کرده است و در بخش دوم نوشتار اهداف جهاد علمی تبیین شده که همان هدف آفرینش یعنی معرفت‌افزایی سپس رسیدن به عزت و قدرت (سلطان) جامعه اسلامی است و در بخش سوم نوشتار مبانی و اصول این جهاد علمی بیان شده، مثل توجه به مراتب علم، دانش‌آفزایی، لزوم مراجعه به متخصصین، علم جامع‌نگر، علم مفید (نه علم‌نماها)؛ سپس در بخش پایانی نوشتار، لوازم و پیامدهای جهاد علمی همچون حرکت بسیجی پرتلاش و مخلصانه برای تولید علم، جهش علمی به طرف قله‌های دانش و تلاش برای تولید دانش‌های قرآن بنیان (جهادی به مبانی و اهداف علوم بر اساس آموزه‌های قرآنی) بیان شده است. http://qve.journals.miu.ac.ir/article_6619_b49ff7389f18c11b0353d02db64814c0.pdf
