Abstract
One of the characteristics of the Holy Qur'an is responding to different human needs in different periods of ages. Many scholars, including Ayatollah Fazel Lankarani, believe that the Holy Qur'an, based on the text and its implications as well as entering into esoteric and sacred meanings, can answer the eternal needs of mankind to the fullest extent.
There are basic principles for proving it, including: the divinity of the text of the Holy Qur'an, the non-distortion of the Holy Qur'an, the apparent authority of the verses of the Holy Qur'an, the Qur'an's inwardness and its universality and infiniity.
There are also various solutions such as: the authenticity of the Qur'anic statements, the existence of fixed and changing laws in religion, the existence of the Mantaghatul-al-Faragh rule, dynamic ijtihad, the Qur'an's attention to law and legislation which all will be discussed in this article
