Abstract
The definition of law, which is sometimes used synonymously with Islamic term »tashri’« (lagislation), is the enactment of laws that establish order in the social relations of individuals. Therefore, the legal miracle of the Qur'an is not exactly the tashrii miracle but a special aspect of it. Ayatollah Mohammad Fazel Lankarani's statement does not explicitly distinguish the two concepts, but the examination of his evidences due to proving the Quranic legislative miracle shows that this argument also implies the legal miracle of the term.
The present study, by gathering information in a library, based on the arguments in their works, attempts to describe in a descriptive-analytical way that since the legal miracle is due to something within the Qur'an and related to a certain word of it, then it’s fruitful and useful. Some part of these arguments proves the legal results of Qur'anic laws by referring to the Qur'anic legislation for the purpose of socialization, and another argues that the Qur'anic laws are provided by an illiterate person, fit for nature, and human’s abilities, alongside the basic executive guarantees prove the uniqueness of the Quranic legal system. The sum of these two types of evidences illustrates the legal miracle of the Qur'an based on Ayatollah Fazel’s arguments
