Abstract
The managerial miracle is one of the important aspect of Qu'ranic scientific miracles which has been the focus of attention of contemporary Qu'ranic researchers.
Human beings need divine teachings to govern and manage their communities. The Qu'ranic guidance and managemerial methods are derived from supernatural devices. This aspect of miracle, if proven, has many benefits and implications for management that can include from individual management to global management and a manifest example of this, is the evolutionary transformation that has been taking place for a short time in the ignorant society in the time of appearance of Islam.
This paper, which uses a descriptive-analytical approach, using interpretative and managerial resources and in a library-based method, has also explored the managerial miracle, expressing the moral characteristics of managers, in both individual and social domains to illustrate the comprehensive Quranic view of a complete paradigm in the ethical domain of managers, with the aim of proving this aspect of the miracle, and opening a new door in the field of managerial studies.
