Considering the importance of knowledge of organization and management as a key element in the growth, ascension, rise and downfall of community organization and political and governmental institutions, it has not been analyzed as it should, from the perspective of the Holy Quran, as the strongest and most sustained divine message and the comprehensive program of human life.
Using descriptive and analytical method and using Shahid Sadr's inferential method, the authors of the article try to discover and explain the important managerial components in the verses 60 to 82 of Surat al-Kahf and to distinguish them from the current managerial knowledge to illustrate the comprehensiveness of the Holy Quran comparing to the modern management knowledge.
The findings of study show that in the teachings of verses 60 to 82 of Surat al-Kahf, the most important managerial components in the areas of organizational learning and systemic attitude have been raised. So in the field of organizational learning, such topics as goal setting, needs assessment, learning topic determination, explaining the organization-related problems, giving example related to the issue due to understanding the problem, avoiding rigidity but compliance with the principles of facilitation and responsibility by the managers themselves in teaching practical cases have been addressed. Then in the field of systematically view, the issues have been studied such as attention to the environment, systematic view of the issues, trying to reach the goal, using the feedback mechanism, pointing to the negative entropy, attention to the unknown instances of environmental challenges, introduction of strategy (through the environmental challenges and threats). It has also been found that the components mentioned in the Holy Quran can be used at all times and places.
